Do you offer customization?
We do offer customizations on all our jacket collections. Please use our Couture Service for more information.
Do you make jackets outside of your product line?
Yes we do offer services for customers interested in custom jackets outside of our product line. For additional information, use our Couture Service and we will help you.
Garment Care
How do I care for my garment?
Apart from our jackets, our pieces can be hand-washed or machine washed on a gentle cycle with cold water to increase the fabric longevity. Hang-drying is the best but if you opt to use the drying machine, we recommend tumble dry on low. For the jackets, we recommend getting it dry cleaned.
What types of fabrics do you use?
All of our clothing is made from natural fibers such as cotton, linen, hemp, and wool.
Shipping & Handling
What delivery services do you offer?
FLAT RATE TRACKED DELIVERY via UPS $10
Products are shipped up to 2-3 business days after garment/product completion.
FLAT RATE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS $35
Products are shipped up to 2 weeks due to customs after garment/product completion.
When will my product be complete ?
Since our products are made to order, we typically complete orders within 1-3 weeks depending on the season and the product type. Custom orders will typically take an additional week to complete and ship. We begin cutting and sewing your order after we receive it. During high-volume seasons the turn around time can fluctuate. Feel free to communicate with us if you have any questions or concerns.
Sizing
How do I measure myself ? How do I know things will fit?
Using a measuring tape held comfortably , use our sizing charts provided. Every product description has a very specific and accurate size chart to help you understand the fit of each piece.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel an order?
Any cancellations received within 3 days of ordering will be accepted. You can send an email to sxthdgr@gmail.com and let us know about the cancellation and we will process your refund. After three days, the production process will have started. Since every garment is being handmade to order, we cannot offer cancellations after the three-day window.
Can I return my purchase if it does not fit?
Yes , all returns are processed as exchanges only. Please contact us by email within one week of receiving the order. Any concerns regarding the fit, color, and/or quality of the order, as well as details of the exchange should be directed to sxthdgr@gmail.com.
Items returned for exchange must arrive back in original condition (unwashed, unworn) within 10 days of arrival to the recipient. You may decide between a direct exchange for a different size, or receive a discount code to use on the website. Please include the original packing slip that came in the package when sending back all exchanges. It will take 2-3 weeks for the exchange order to ship. Free shipping will be included on all exchanges.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
